You can begin the password reset process for your MoonGuide account on the Login screen on the MoonGuide app.
- From the Login screen, tap on Forgot Password.
- Enter the Email Address for your MoonGuide account, then tap Reset My Password.
- Go to your email Inbox, tap on the Reset Your MoonGuide Password email.
- Tap the link in the Reset Your MoonGuide Password email.
- Enter a New Password, then tap Reset Password.
- Return to the MoonGuide app and login with your new password.
