I'm getting an error message when trying to login

If you're experiencing issues with logging-in to MoonGuide app, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the problem.


1. Confirm that the email address you are entering is your MoonGuide account email address

Please enter your MoonGuide account email address in the Email field when logging-in.


2. Confirm you are typing in your password correctly 
Tap on the show password icon to the right of the password field to show the unredacted password to confirm.


3. Reset your password

  • From the Login screen, tap on Forgot Password.
  • Enter the Email Address for your MoonGuide account, then tap Reset My Password.
  • Go to your email Inbox, tap on the Reset Your MoonGuide Password email.
  • Tap the password reset link in that email.
  • Enter a New Password, then tap Reset Password.
  • Return to the MoonGuide app and login with your new password.
