Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play Store depending on the brand of your device.
Google Play Store
- Open the Google Play Store app on your mobile device.
- Confirm you're signed into the Play Store with the account that was used to make the subscription purchase.
- At the top right, tap your Profile avatar.
- Tap Payments & Subscriptions
- Tap Payment Methods.
- Under the payment method you want to edit, tap Update.
- Make your payment method updates.
- Tap Update.
iOS App Store
- Open the Settings app on your mobile device.
- Confirm you're signed with the Apple ID that was used to make the subscription purchase.
- Tap on your Name.
- Tap Payment & Shipping. You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
- Tap the payment method, then tap Edit.
- Enter your new billing information, then tap Done.
