All subscriptions automatically renew annually, one year from the date of purchase. If you do not wish for your subscription to automatically renew, you must cancel the subscription at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date. Once you cancel the auto-renewal, you will continue to have access to your subscription until it expires at the end of the subscription year. The auto-renewal of your MoonGuide subscription is managed by Google Play Store or App Store. You'll need to cancel your subscription on your Play Store account or Apple ID.
Google Play Store
- Open the Google Play Store app on your mobile device.
- Confirm you're signed into the Play Store with the account that was used to make the subscription purchase.
- At the top right, tap your Profile avatar.
- Tap Payments & Subscriptions.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap MoonGuide
- Tap Cancel subscription
iOS App Store / iTunes
- Open the Settings app on your mobile device.
- Confirm you're signed with the Apple ID that was used to make the subscription purchase.
- Tap on your Name.
- Tap Subscriptions
- Tap MoonGuide
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
