I’m having trouble purchasing a subscription

The app subscription purchase is initiated within the MoonGuide app but is processed through the App Store or Google Play Store depending upon the brand of phone. Confirm you are logged-in to your store account by following the directions below.



If your phone is an Android

  • Open the Google Play Store app on your phone. 
  • Login to the Google Play Store app.


  • Open the MoonGuide app.
  • Try completing the subscription purchase.


If your phone is an iPhone

  • Open the Settings app on your phone. 
  • Tap Sign in to your device.


  • Login with your Apple ID.
  • Open the MoonGuide app.
  • Try completing the subscription purchase.
